 Modernism Week’s annual 11-day festival will feature more than 350 events including the Palm Springs Modernism Show & Sale, tours of iconic homes in more than 30 neighborhoods, and the popular Signature Home Tour on both weekends. Also offered are architectural walking, biking and double-decker bus tours, tours of the historic Annenberg Estate at Sunnylands, a classic car show, a vintage trailer show, a new golf tournament, garden tours, nightly parties, and a special series of compelling and informative talks. All events are open to the public, and many events are free or low cost.

 SPHSAA GRAND REUNION

SAVE THE DATE! 

June 10 - 12, 2022 

The first Grand Reunion, which included alumni from all SPHS classes, was held in 1982; we are excited to continue this tradition with next year's event. A number of events are planned for Grand Reunion weekend, and alumni are invited to join us for all or some of these exciting activities:

• Friday, June 10, 2022, 5:00 - 10:00 p.m.

Cocktail mixer (no-host) - tentatively at the Langham Hotel, Pasadena, CA (it will be confirmed in the spring edition of the Tiger News)

• Saturday, June 11, 2022, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Grand Reunion at SPHS, including live music provided by SPHS alumni, food trucks, booths, school tours, and more!

• Saturday, June 11, 2022, 4:00 p.m. - ?

This is a great time to plan your class reunion (Class of '72 is already planning theirs) or get together informally with friends and classmates.

• Sunday, June 12, 2022 (tentative)

The Bear Valley Music Festival is a yearly summer event in Bear Valley, California, located about 180 miles east of San Francisco at just above 7200 feet elevation in the Sierra Nevada. The festival currently begins on the second-to-last Friday in July and ends three Sundays later, drawing a total audience of roughly four thousand attendees. Under the direction of internationally recognized conductor Michael Morgan since 2012, the festival strives to appeal to a wide demographic by presenting a variety of artists and styles of music including classical, rock, country and jazz. The concerts are held in a tent erected to serve as a concert hall, equipped with a stage large enough to hold a symphony orchestra.
