JBGmg arranges routine upkeep to properties we manage and coordinate 24/7 emergency repairs using our network of licensed contractors.
Financial & Legal Management:
JBGmg will track all income and expenses, pay property-related bills, provide monthly financial statements through a CPA and ensure compliance with local landlord-tenant laws.
For managing up to 8 units, JBGMG charges a monthly base fee of 8% to 12% of the collected monthly rent
Additional JBGmg Property Management Services
Tenant Placement/Leasing Fee:
50% to 100% of the first month’s rent to cover marketing, showings, and screening.
Lease Renewal Fee:
Typically $150 to $300 to negotiate and process a lease renewal.
Maintenance Markup:
2% to 10% added to the actual cost of repairs or contractor invoices, if Supervision is required on site.
Setup/Onboarding Fee:
A one-time fee of $350 to set up your Trust Bank Account and property files.

We Offer Goodwill Checks / Home Inspection for Clients who have 2nd Homes
