JBGmg Sports Collectibles was started by "JB' Griffin who as a kid growing up in So Cal had a passion for Collecting baseball cards and loved Sports.
That Passion led JB" and his 2 buddies in his hometown of South Pasadena, CA to develop
Roll-Um Baseball a Dice Baseball game that "JB' Learned to play as Kid. "JB" spent hours in the Summer in his Basement playing Dice Baseball with teams made up from his Baseball Card Collection. That passion led to the creating of Roll-um Baseball.
From 1987 to 1991 "JB" was a partner in GRG with His two buddies from his youth promoting Roll-Um Baseball at Baseball Card shows locally around So Cal and at the International Toy Fair at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City where "JB and his partners met Hall of Fame Baseball Player Yogi Berra. Over 10,000 Games were sold throughout the USA from 1988 -1992. "JB" sold his interest in Roll-um Baseball in 1991. Although Roll -Um baseball is no longer in Production or on store shelves the game is still availble for an Investor to purchase the rights to the game through "JB" who represents the current owner of Roll-um Basbeball Publishing Rights. If you grew up in the 60's in LA you will remember Dean Chance .. Recently I got a call from a Gentleman named Dean Chance who sells RV's in Fountain Valley, CA at Mike Thompson, and yes he was named after LA Angels Baseball Legend Dean Chance.
-----------------------------------------
Dean Chance
The 1962 campaign was notable for the Angels as Chance and fellow phenom Bo Belinsky teamed on both the mound and in the Hollywood social circles, much to the enjoyment of the Los Angeles beat writers and the consternation of manager Bill Rigney and the rest of the Angels' front office.
In 1964, Chance became at the time the youngest pitcher to win the Cy Young Award when, as a member of the Los Angeles Angels, he led the American League in wins (20), innings pitched (278 1⁄3) and earned run average (1.65—as of 2023, a franchise record) and was third in the A.L. in strikeouts.
Chance attended Northwestern High School in West Salem, Ohio, and starred on the baseball team and basketball teams (leading the team to a 1958 state title), but baseball is where Chance would shine. During his high school years, he set several state records which still stand including a 52–1 career record, 20 wins in a season, 32 straight wins, eight no-hitters in a season (in both his junior and senior years), and 17 no-hitters total. He also led the Huskies to the Class A state semifinals in 1958 and a championship in 1959 (and pitching every inning of every postseason tournament game).
After a successful Business Career after Baseball, Chance died at his home in Wooster on October 11, 2015, at the age of 74
Renowned among rabid football fans in the 1990s, Erik Kramer guided the Detroit Lions to within one win of Super Bowl XXVI, set passing records for the Chicago Bears that still stand, and carved out a respectable eleven-year NFL career, despite being unrecruited in high school and undrafted out of college. But for more than two decades, during his playing days and beyond, Erik silently suffered from depression. On August 18, 2015, after the deaths of his son Griffen to a heroin overdose and his mother to cancer, Erik pressed the cold barrel of a loaded gun firmly under his chin, closed his eyes, and pulled the trigger. It was supposed to be the end.

"Klippstein became a world champion with the Los Angeles Dodgers, in the 1959 World Series, but played a much more significant role in the Minnesota Twins’ pennant run in 1965. He was the son-in-law of (the late) MLB pitcher Dutch Leonard. Klippstein was tied (with Mike Fornieles) for the league lead in saves in 1960, with 14.
Klippstein died October 10, 2003, while listening to a radio broadcast of the Cubs versus Florida Marlins game of the 2003 National League Championship Series." - wiki

"On April 13, 1954, in his opening day major league debut, he became the only player in major league history to collect four consecutive hits in his first four major league at bats. He is also one of only three players in major league history to go 4-for-4 in their major league debut, the others being Delino DeShields and Willie McCovey." wiki
